There seems to be two versions of this item, one with a charge of Poison Bolt, one without. The charged version is useful as an aggro-gain tool like Midnight Mallet, and is easily obtained, but not rechargeable.
Very rare quest reward. Some have claimed that it takes 5 times to do this quest to obtain one. For some, even longer.

This effect generates significant aggro for the user and absorbs a small amount of damage. It's often used as a cheaper form of Bladestopper to ensure a pull follows the intended player. This effect does not stack with many strength buffs. Following the chardok revamp patch, it seems the hate from this clicky has been reduced to 41-116 per charge. (Please parse more to confirm an exact value).
This AOE silence is cast by Ail the Elder. Like other RPGs, this prevents spellcasting, but also prevents the use of all effects, including clickies and weapon procs. It also prevents disciplines. It does not prevent (all?) skills.

You can avoid fall damage with this item because Shadow Step will blink you a short distance at ground level. However, you might still take some fall damage depending on how long you fall before you click the mask. This even works when zoning into The Hole from the big pit.

~1200pp buyback each to recharge. Nice chunk of aggro. 10,000 platinum buyback since April 2020 patch. 20,000 platinum to recharge one Prayers of Life (Max vendor 23.712PP, Min buyback 10088.063pp at 104 CHA w/Indifferent or better faction) This item now has a cast time of ~2.0 seconds.
This wand may be clicked at level 1 and recharged. The buyback price is 6pp per wand. A lesser known way to cheese and quad a spectre. Six or so wands per spectre quad, and the spectre drops may cover the recharge cost.

Rechargeable for 5000p. This item is prized by Monks for its ability to generate significant aggro instantly ; capped at 400 hate per charge and has a 2.5 cast time; and rip a target from a second puller's train. It is also especially favored by racing teams for its 250 range, which is longer than other items such as the Wooly Spider Silk Net and faster than the Antonian Javelin . In addition to the above points, the effect itself is a 65% slow, which is the best available to any class besides Enchanters and Shamans (and Bards) (Bard slow spell caps at 35%). Cast time is instant in Legends
Clickable from inventory. Usable by all classes. Requires a target(WITHIN RANGE). Does not aggro NPCs when cast on them. Warning! before you go and do this time consuming quest, there is a range requirement for being able to use the clicky. The range is much less than spells like root/undead nuke/ETC.. you've been warned Works as a way to gain secondary agro from someone who has primary agro on a mob. Confirmed 8/23/23
Sells to vendors for about 8gp and you can buy it back for a little over 5pp. As a result, it takes a little under 11pp to recharge a wand, which is usually going to be much cheaper than buying a new one from a player.
