Received from a sarnak imitator (a.k.a. Jeb Lumsed) or any of the four masters during the Enchanter epic. Hand a Jeb's Seal to any of the four masters. They will return it. Then, say, "I need a sack". WARNING: Giving a sarnak imitator (a.k.a. Jeb Lumsed) Jeb's Seal will have you lose it. He is not counted among the four masters. He will not give you your Jeb's Seal back and will not give a sack. If you do so, you need to do the first part of your epic again.
