Edible careful not to eat it if you need it for a quest. Ground Spawn in Cobalt Scar, some were found in the water by the Othmir merchants, near the shoreline. July 24/2020 Ground spawns in Cobalt Scar are legitimate. Found them in the water near the Othmir merchants as stated on Allalhazam. Ground spawn in Cobalt Scar at: +240, -1140 (in the water, close to shore) +510, -1365 (in the water, close to shore) 455.86, -648.36, -51.69 - WNW of Easternmost sunken ship Dec 3/2025 Above spots didn't work for me but I found one at 220, -1267 The ground spawn item looks like a black rock. Can be Foraged. Ones found on the ground may have been dropped by a player after foraged if they do not look like a black rock.
